The CHAOS is an analog random sampler module for Eurorack, designed to introduce genuine unpredictability into a patch through randomised sample-and-hold style behaviour. That built-in randomness makes it a favourite for generative patches and experimental sound design where controlled chaos is the goal rather than a bug to avoid. The CHAOS gives modular users a dedicated tool for introducing organic variation.

Features:

  • Powerhouse to create random rhythm and musical ideas
  • Sound engines based on Mutable Instruments Marbles
  • X generator provides 3 random CV sources, clocked by the t generator
  • Memory function recalls the order of each preceding clock aberration, voltage or rhythm
  • 2 separate audio outs for both the main sound and a dynamic variant
  • Eurorack specs: 18HP, 70mA +12V, 40mA -12V

How much is shipping?

We offer free Australia-wide shipping for orders over $250 via standard courier services. For smaller items such as small parts and screws, we send via Australia Post regular mail service. All items below $250 incur a flat $12 shipping charge. Express services are also available at an extra cost, just select it at the checkout and we'll get your order out extra fast!

How long does shipping take?

It varies based on the destination and the products ordered. Orders for items that are in stock with our Lewisham store "135 New Canterbury Road, Lewisham 2049", are usually shipped same day, however items ordered from "Deep Tone Warehouse Supply" are special order items that are not stocked in the store. These items can take 2-4 business days to arrive to us from the supplier; from there, the item will be dispatched from our store and theย nominated method of shipping will be followed:

For "Standard" shipping:
  • VIC, SA and NSW: 2-4 days
  • QLD: 3-5 days
  • NT, WA and TAS: 5-10 days +
For "Express" shipping:
  • VIC, SA and NSW: 1-2 days
  • QLD: 1-2 days
  • NT, WA and TAS: 1-3 days

These estimates do not apply if the destination is regional or remote. Once orders leave our warehouse we have no control over the actual shipping time, however we'll do everything we can to ensure a prompt and problem-free delivery experience. If you need a more accurate estimate of shipping time please contact us.
