Korg Poly-61

The Korg Poly-61 was released in 1982 as the successor to the Polysix. It is somewhat of a step up from the Polysix, as it has 2 DCOs for better reliability, as well as an upgrade to a button-based user interface as opposed to many knobs and sliders. It also retained the arpeggiator of the Polysix. The Poly-61 can provide cool gritty basses or trippy analog sounds and fx. The Poly-61 is weilded by synth junkies such as Homeshake and Com Truise, as well as being recorded on the original Ghostbusters theme song.

This particular unit is in good used condition - it has some signs of wear and tear, a few small scratches and dents but nothing that affects the use or performance of the keyboard. All knobs and switches have been cleaned and serviced, all keys and functions work as they should. The internal KLM-475B board has been replaced by a factory replacement manufactured by the wonderful Synthtronics in Germany, as well as having a fresh battery installed. It is reliable and ready for many more years of synthpop action. It also comes with its original hard shell case. Please note this unit is 100V AC.

How much is shipping?

We offer free Australia-wide shipping for orders over $200 via standard courier services. For smaller items such as small parts and screws, we send via Australia Post regular mail service. All items below $200 incur a flat $8.99 shipping charge. Express services are also available at an extra cost, just select it at the checkout and we'll get your order out extra fast!

How long does shipping take?

It varies based on the destination and the products ordered. Orders for items that are in stock with our Lewisham store "135 New Canterbury Road, Lewisham 2049", are usually shipped same day, however items ordered from "Deep Tone Warehouse Supply" are special order items that are not stocked in the store. These items can take 2-4 business days to arrive to us from the supplier; from there, the item will be dispatched from our store and the nominated method of shipping will be followed:

For "Standard" shipping:
  • VIC, SA and NSW: 2-4 days
  • QLD: 3-5 days
  • NT, WA and TAS: 5-10 days +
For "Express" shipping:
  • VIC, SA and NSW: 1-2 days
  • QLD: 1-2 days
  • NT, WA and TAS: 1-3 days

Once orders leave our warehouse we have no control over the actual shipping time, however we'll do everything we can to ensure a prompt and problem-free delivery experience.
