Roland JUNO-106S Polyphonic Analog Synthesizer 1980s Vintage (Serviced & Refurbished)

The grand daddy of analog synthesis and the keyboard that defined the decade of the 1980s, The Juno series of analog synthesizers is perhaps the most revered and famous sound in the history of keyboards. This is the third iteration of the famous line of synths (and probably the most famous and widely used), the Juno-106S. S? Yes, for "speakers"! That's right, factory built in 4" stereo speakers with a spectacular stereo image right in your face. Conceived during the golden era of Japanese technological advancement, The Juno first rolled out of the Roland factory in 1982 and since then have been used on more famous anthems than you can poke a stick at. "Take On Me", "Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This)", even "Stacy's Mom", they all feature the original Roland Juno. Black Eyed Peas, Daft Punk, Sigur Rós, Tame Impala. The list goes on!

The Juno-106S features six voices of thick analog goodness, an arpeggiator, stereo chorus effect as well as LFO modulation. The user interface is slick and intuitive, the design shamelessly 80s and instantly recognisable in the studio or on stage. Fat bass, soaring leads, lush chorus-drenched major 7th chords, brass sections, the Juno does it all.

This unit has undergone a full service and refurbishment with the latest revision of Analogue Renaissance's voice and filter chip set; 6 x AR80017A Voice Chip Filter ICs and 3 x D5534A Wave Generators have been professionally installed and sound absolutely incredible. As well as this, I've installed a brand new set of 4" 4 ohm stereo speakers for maximum lush on board audio.

Please note this unit is 100V and will require a step-down transformer to operate, however these have a factory tappable transformer, so we're happy to convert this to 240V if you would like us to!
