1963 Fender Jazz Bass Genuine Vintage Matched Pickup Set

Removed from a genuine 1963 Fender Jazz Bass and authenticated as the original set, this is a pair of healthy and unmolested Jazz Bass single coils in great condition and with a full and healthy reading. Untouched solder joints show original lead wires measuring about 14cm for the bridge and 12cm for the neck.

The neck pickup features a rare zebra bobbin construction with a black top and grey bottom board. The bridge pickup is grey both top and bottom. Both pickups are lacquer potted and have no corrosion on any of the pickup coils. Wear is consistent with the 60 year vintage of the pickups, however they are in great condition and have no breaks, bends or cracks.

How much is shipping?

We offer free Australia-wide shipping for orders over $200 via standard courier services. For smaller items such as small parts and screws, we send via Australia Post regular mail service. All items below $200 are a flat $8.99 shipping rate. Express services are also available at an extra cost, just select it at the checkout and we'll get your order out extra fast!

How long does shipping take?

It varies based on the destination and the products ordered. Orders for items that are in stock with our Lewisham store "135 New Canterbury Road, Lewisham 2049", are usually shipped same day, however items ordered from "Deep Tone Warehouse Supply" are special order items that are not stocked in the store. These items can take 2-4 business days to arrive to us from the supplier; from there, the item will be dispatched from our store and the nominated method of shipping will be followed:

For "Standard" shipping:
  • VIC, SA and NSW: 2-4 days
  • QLD: 3-5 days
  • NT, WA and TAS: 5-10 days +
For "Express" shipping:
  • VIC, SA and NSW: 1-2 days
  • QLD: 1-2 days
  • NT, WA and TAS: 1-3 days

These estimates do not apply if the destination is regional or remote. Once orders leave our warehouse we have no control over the actual shipping time, however we'll do everything we can to ensure a prompt and problem-free delivery experience.
