Made by the legendary Fujigen factory in the late 1970s, this is a Greco RB-700N and is modelled after the famous Rickenbacker 4001 bass guitar to a frightening level of detail and accuracy. If you've played one of these before, you'll know they're easily just as good, if not better, than some genuine 4001s costing many thousands more than these. With 2 piece maple wings attached to a beautifully crafted walnut and maple neck through construct, this particular bass has some of the most epic maple grain and knotting that we've seen on one of these, as well as super sweet checkerboard binding and 2 ply binding on the neck. Seriously, the detail on these is insane! A set of dual Maxon single coils drives absolutely massive bass tones with these basses having a huge range of tonal options dripping in vintage goodness.

This RB-700N is all original and in incredible condition for its age aside from a set of 4 new Alpha 500K pots offering a full spectrum of tonal control with refreshingly smooth and noiseless operation as opposed to the old crusty pots. All work is warranted and performed in house. Professionally setup with 45-100s, this bass has an ultra smooth action meaning optimum playability, perfect intonation and no dead spots or buzzing. Comes with its original hard shell case!

How much is shipping?

We offer free Australia-wide shipping for orders over $200 via standard courier services. For smaller items such as small parts and screws, we send via Australia Post regular mail service. All items below $200 are a flat $8.99 shipping rate. Express services are also available at an extra cost, just select it at the checkout and we'll get your order out extra fast!

How long does shipping take?

It varies based on the destination and the products ordered. Orders for items that are in stock with our Lewisham store "135 New Canterbury Road, Lewisham 2049", are usually shipped same day, however items ordered from "Deep Tone Warehouse Supply" are special order items that are not stocked in the store. These items can take 2-4 business days to arrive to us from the supplier; from there, the item will be dispatched from our store and the nominated method of shipping will be followed:

For "Standard" shipping:
  • VIC, SA and NSW: 2-4 days
  • QLD: 3-5 days
  • NT, WA and TAS: 5-10 days +
For "Express" shipping:
  • VIC, SA and NSW: 1-2 days
  • QLD: 1-2 days
  • NT, WA and TAS: 1-3 days

These estimates do not apply if the destination is regional or remote. Once orders leave our warehouse we have no control over the actual shipping time, however we'll do everything we can to ensure a prompt and problem-free delivery experience.
