1979 Greco SV-600 Super View Semi-Hollow Electric Guitar (MIJ Fujigen)

Greco's cheeky take on Gibson's ES-335 model of electric guitar and a darn good one at that, the Super View series features a slightly smaller body (very close to specifications of the ES-339, but interestingly manufactured decades before Gibson ever introduced their model) but with similar semi-hollow construction featuring a maple centre block and 2 piece bookmatched sycamore with sycamore sides. Setting itself apart from Gibson moreso, the unbound headstock is an original and decorative Greco design with an inlayed pearloid "Greco" logo, decorative truss rod cover and a veneered brass and bone nut which makes for some interesting acoustic tones.

An extremely versatile instrument and with fantastic tone both plugged in and acoustic, the original Maxon humbuckers are dynamic and full with plenty of rich, vintage tone on tap. Made in the Fujigen factory in 1979, this SV-600 is completely unmolested and presents in entirely original and fantastic condition, down to the last screw.

Featuring a heavily flamed white sycamore top, back and sides and a 3-piece maple neck, this SV-600 has the finest Japanese wood and is finished to the highest of Fujigen manufacturing standards. The neck is a slim-taper style and feels incredible in the hands, whilst the original frets have loads of life left with no dead spots or choking; fret nibs are also completely original and intact.

Professionally serviced and setup with 10-46s, the guitar plays incredibly smoothly with a nice low action with a fret life of approximately 85%, and the Maxon humbuckers sound amazing and offer immense tonal options. Comes with a gig bag!
