From arguably the best era of Fujigen-made Fender instruments, this E serial '57 reissue Strat is incredibly accurate to late 50s specs and is absolutely sublime in terms of sound, feel, look and playability! From the headstock ramp to the single ply guard, stamped saddles to the solid piece of beautifully figured maple that is the neck, this has to be one of the most 50s feeling reissues we've ever layed our hands on! The two-tone sunburst is period correct and perfectly faded and matches perfectly to the single ply guard and off-white plastics.
Professionally setup with 10-46s, this Strat is completely original aside from a new Switchcraft jack socket we've just installed. The frets have loads of life left in them and the stock alnico pickups are crystal clear and are capable of a wide variety of tones.
