Made by the famed Matsumoku factory in 1984, this is an extremely rare and very vibrant Aria Pro II ZZB Deluxe bass factory finished in tiger stripe, making it one of the wildest and most 80s looking bass guitars you could possibly ever want! Sporting a 32" short scale length maple neck with rosewood fingerboard, this is definitely not an bass for someone who likes classic and understated instruments.

The 32" scale neck means playing this is a breeze for guitar players or anyone who enjoys the feel of smaller, guitar-esque bass proportions. 22 medium size frets, 40mm nut width and a gloss black finish on the entirety of the neck exluding the fingerboard with a heel access truss rod.

In great and all original condition for its age, the tiger stripe finish shows moderate amounts of wear with signs of swirling and scratches present, however all is honest wear and non-structural. Professionally setup with 45-100s, frets are at a solid 90% with mild wear and playability is smooth with a nice low action. Comes with its original fitted gig bag!

How much is shipping?

We offer free Australia-wide shipping for orders over $200 via standard courier services. For smaller items such as small parts and screws, we send via Australia Post regular mail service. All items below $200 are a flat $8.99 shipping rate. Express services are also available at an extra cost, just select it at the checkout and we'll get your order out extra fast!

How long does shipping take?

It varies based on the destination and the products ordered. Orders for items that are in stock with our Lewisham store "135 New Canterbury Road, Lewisham 2049", are usually shipped same day, however items ordered from "Deep Tone Warehouse Supply" are special order items that are not stocked in the store. These items can take 2-4 business days to arrive to us from the supplier; from there, the item will be dispatched from our store and the nominated method of shipping will be followed:

For "Standard" shipping:
  • VIC, SA and NSW: 2-4 days
  • QLD: 3-5 days
  • NT, WA and TAS: 5-10 days +
For "Express" shipping:
  • VIC, SA and NSW: 1-2 days
  • QLD: 1-2 days
  • NT, WA and TAS: 1-3 days
