If you know what you're looking at, you'll know these don't come up very often! Produced for only a limited time in the early 80s and with design features and specs changing year on year, this is a 1985 model which saw the mahogany body change to basswood to shed a few kilos and much flashier pearloid triangle inlays on the rosewood fingerboard. It also features Ibanez's Pro Rock'r Bridge and Top Lok II locking nut system to allow for rock solid tuning whilst doing some big ol' dive bombs. A set of 6-in-line Smooth Tuner Mini II machine heads allow for accurate and smooth tuning when required.

Of course, being a mid-80s Fujigen made instrument, these are some of the finest playing and sounding shredder guitars in existence. This guitar certainly lives up to the hype with a super slim, super fast neck and screaming metal tones from it's original Ibanez V5 humbuckers.

This guitar has just had a professional spa and full service and is playing and sounding like a dream. The guitar has a fair share of playwear, scratches, small dings and dents but all is honest and authentic. Frets are at around 85% with plnety of life left in them, they're smooth and play beautifully on the full 25.5" scale length neck. The guitar is in 100% original condition aside from a missing tremolo backplate. Perfect for a collector or anyone wanting that perfect 80s shred machine! Comes with the original Ibanez brown leather Explorer shaped gig bag and tremolo arm.
