Made by Fender Japan in the famed Fujigen factory in the early 90s, this ST-500V Stratocaster is a modernised version of a '62 Reissue featuring a 22 fret maple fingerboard, a trio of original flat pole ceramic pickups and a dazzling and deep custom metallic green finish which is seldom seen on even the rarest of Fenders!

Although mostly original, this particular guitar has a few tasteful modifications that the discerning player will certainly appreciate; the stock harness has been replaced with all USA made CTS and Switchcraft parts with quality and tidy wiring. As well as this, the maple neck has had a refret with jumbo frets. Not only is it a great job, but the frets have virtually no wear so you'll certainly get many solid years of playing before it'll need a dress! It's also sporting a pair of roller string trees as well as new strap pins.

All classic Strat from top to tail, we've got a 25.5" maple neck, 7.25" radius and the aforementioned jumbo frets with 100% life left. Condition of this guitar is good with evidence of moderate playwear with some scratches, dings and dents, as well as pitting on the nickel hardware and wear spots on the maple neck. Perfectly broken in and worn in all the right places, this guitar has been setup with 10-46s and is ready to pump out classic Strat tones whilst glimmering on stage. Action is beautiful and low with no dead spots.
