1992 Orville LPC-75 Les Paul Custom Wine Red (MIJ)

Made by Terada Gakki in 1992, this is a beautifully crafted Orville LPC-75 in a stunning and deep wine red finish. Orville is an official Gibson-licensed guitar and a result of a partnership between Gibson USA and their Japanese distributor Yamano Gakki. Named after Gibson's founder, Orville Gibson, this discontinued Orville model is in stellar shape and is a serious rock machine. Featuring PAF style humbuckers, a slim taper neck and enough binding to circle the planet twice, it's a stunning piece of Japanese craftsmanship packed with tone.

The neck is a slim taper 60s style mahogany neck that if you've ever played a 60s Gibson reissue, you'll feel right at home with. A perfect profile for all players, it's extremely fast to play with a beautiful action on the rosewood fingerboard.

The factory-loaded Gotoh humbuckers have a nice late 50s flavour with a chunky, full tone with loads of bass, middle and top end response. Sitting in the 8kOhm range, they're perfect for a wide range of genres but excel when run through heavy overdrive or distortion.

Condition wise, this guitar is in spectacular condition for a 30 year old instrument, with only light signs of playwear present in light swirling and scratching to the finish. The instrument is free from any dings or chips and has absolutely no structural issues, breaks or cracks. Freshly setup with 10-46s, it has a slinky action with no dead spots and ultra smooth playability. Frets are at a solid 95%. Comes with a generic gig bag.
