Made in the famed Fujigen factory in the early 90s, this is an ST-362 that is everything you could want if you're looking for a genuinely well worn and epic vintage guitar made to exceptionally high Japanese standards. From what we can tell, this thing has spent majority of its life in smokey bars with its beautifully daphne blue finish having yellowed out to a deep and vibrant green, as well as all the plastics having yellowed out to a nice dark and creamy tone to complement the daphne blue perfectly. The same goes for the lacquer on the neck, giving the whole guitar a Custom Shop vibe without any faux aging techniques. 

Featuring a solid maple neck and an exceptionally dark rosewood fingerboard, the neck carve is slightly slimmer than what we typically see on this era of Strat, so if thin necks are your thing then this will be right up your alley. It's classic Strat from nut to saddle here with excellent playability and moderately worn frets with approximately 70% fretlife left. Nut width measures 42.5mm and factory loaded Gotoh machine heads keep the tuning smooth and stable.

Equipped with its original electronics and pickups, this ST-362 features a trio of original Fender Japan vintage stagger ceramic single coils that offer all your classic single coil tones. Being ceramic pickups, they offer a slightly more intense output with more compression, featuringb strong and sharp highs and pronounced upper mid-range. These pickups will handle any genre but will excel in hard rock and punk styles.

Coming to us covered in a thick layer of dust, dirt and corrosion, this guitar has been thoroughly dismantled, cleaned and serviced with every inch of it receiving the love it deserved before being put back together and being professionally setup with 10-46s. Condition is well loved with some dings, dents and scratches but all is honest wear. It plays like an absolute dream with a smooth, low action and accurate intonation.
