2002-2004 Fender JGS-75 Jaguar Special HH Vintage Gold (CIJ)

Released for a limited time from the late 90s to the early 2000s, the Jaguar JGS-75 Special was a series of hard tail, custom coloured and spec'd out Jaguars that differed quite heavily from your traditional Jaguar model! Gotoh tune-o-matic bridge and tailpiece, factory Dragster humbuckers and chrome dome knobs, as well as a host of super splashy custom metallic finishes with matching headstocks. This one is wearing the uber rare "Vintage Gold" finish and shines bright in any lighting situation, and the matching headstock makes it absolutely pop! On top of this, this thing has barely a sign of playwear on it (we had the pleasure of peeling the protective plastic off the pickguard), so much so we think this may have been a demo guitar that never left the store in Japan.

Frets are 99%, finish is immaculate with only a swirl or two here and there, and very light pitting on the nickel plated hardware. We've given it a professional setup with 10-46s and gone over every element with a fine tooth comb; she's all original down to the last screw, plays like an absolute dream and sounds incredible. The neck profile feels great in the hands and the factory Dragster humbuckers are capable of a huge variety of tones, from thick, hum-free clean to crushing crunch and distortion. If you're after a super unique slab of Japanese offset wood, look no further!

How much is shipping?

We offer free Australia-wide shipping for orders over $200 via standard courier services. For smaller items such as small parts and screws, we send via Australia Post regular mail service. All items below $200 incur a flat $12 shipping charge. Express services are also available at an extra cost, just select it at the checkout and we'll get your order out extra fast!

How long does shipping take?

It varies based on the destination and the products ordered. Orders for items that are in stock with our Lewisham store "135 New Canterbury Road, Lewisham 2049", are usually shipped same day, however items ordered from "Deep Tone Warehouse Supply" are special order items that are not stocked in the store. These items can take 2-4 business days to arrive to us from the supplier; from there, the item will be dispatched from our store and the nominated method of shipping will be followed:

For "Standard" shipping:
  • VIC, SA and NSW: 2-4 days
  • QLD: 3-5 days
  • NT, WA and TAS: 5-10 days +
For "Express" shipping:
  • VIC, SA and NSW: 1-2 days
  • QLD: 1-2 days
  • NT, WA and TAS: 1-3 days
