Made as a limited run model by Dyna Gakki in the early 2010s, the MG-KC-LH is a rare and desirable Kurt Cobain signature model released by Fender Japan. Built to exacting specifications to faithfully mimic Kurt Cobain's weapon of choice in the early 1990s, it features accurate appointments such as a Seymour Ducan SH-4 JB in the bridge, a tune-o-matic bridge and the ever eye-catching and vibrant sonic blue finish.

Featuring a 24" scale length maple neck with a 7.25" radius rosewood fingerboard, the Mustang is favoured by those with smaller hands or simply lovers of punk barre chords, with its tight and precise feel and extremely playable dimensions. Finished in an amber high gloss finish, it has a lovely tint that complements the blue and red colour scheme of the body and provides smooth playability. Fret life is solid with nominal pitting and approximately 90% fret life left.

The single coil and humbucker combination is timeless and extremely versatile, and with the added phase-switching thanks to the slide switches this guitar is capable of a wide range of tones. The SH-4 is as gnarly as you could want, and the standard Mustang single coil in the neck provides warmth, clarity and classic single coil sparkle.

In 100% original condition, this guitar is not quite a case queen and does have it's fair share of scratches, dings and chips here and there. That being said, all the wear is honest and the guitar is free from any rust, corrosion or structural issues. Professionally setup and serviced with 10-46s, it's playing nicely with a smooth, low action and no dead spots. Tremolo arm is unfortunately missing. Comes with a gig bag!
