2010-12 Fender Stratocaster ST-62 '62 Reissue Old Lake Placid Blue (MIJ)
Made by Dyna Gakki in 2010-12 according to the serial number, this '62 reissue is another quality offering from Fender Japan capturing the spirit and essence of an early 60s Strat; the look, feel and build quailty are all spot on, the beautiful finish is sparkly and vibrant and the fit and finish are exactly what you'd expect from a Japanese made instrument.
Finished in a deep "old lake placid blue" finish (a lighter and more washed out offering than standard LPB) with a sharply contrasting rosewood fingerboard, the quality of this guitar is immediately obvious when picking up and playing for the first time. '62 features are honoured with accuracy here and the guitar features a 3 ply white guard, pressed saddles and vintage style tuners. The guitar is completely factory original and in fantastic condition with some light blemishes and scuffes present on the finish.
This guitar has been seldom played and is in great condition for its age, with a few light scuffs being the worst of the wear on the body. The frets are at about 98% and playability is phenomenal. It's been freshly serviced with 10-46s and is playing like a dream. Comes with its original Fender gig bag!
