From Squier.com: "A celebration of the birth of the P Bass® in the early 1950s, the Classic Vibe '50s Precision Bass produces massive tone courtesy of its Fender-Designed alnico single-coil pickup. Player-friendly features include a slim, comfortable "C"-shaped neck profile with an easy-playing 9.5"-radius fingerboard and narrow-tall frets as well as a vintage-style bridge with threaded saddles. This throwback Squier model also features 1950s-inspired headstock markings, rich-looking nickel-plated hardware and a slick vintage-tint gloss neck finish for an old-school vibe."
A rare offering in lake placid blue, this Classic Vibe '50s Precision Bass has all the cool, vintage styling of the original early 50s contoured P Bass, with modern playability and features. In very good condition for its age, this particular bass has an aftermarket tortoise shell pickguard which offers a very striking aesthetic as opposed to the original cream colour guard (which is included). A few nicks and dents, but overall a clean and tidy bass with no issues.
Professionally serviced and setup with 45-100 flatwound strings, it has a beautiful low action with a straight neck and no dead spots. Fret life is at a solid 98% with virtually no wear or pitting. Comes with a gig bag!
