Made in limited numbers by Fernandes Co., the RJB-CUSTOM series of basses were a modern iteration of the classic Jazz Bass with some very interesting aesthetic appointments. Unique, modern and ostentatious in design, the RJB-CUSTOM Jazz Basses featured solid colour heavily flaked metallic finishes, with every imaginable surface finished in the desired colour; including the fingerboard! A transparent pickguard highlights the finish further, with this particular one finished in a very vibrant Rose Pink Metallic. Built to stringent quality specifications, these basses are of very high quality and offer excellent tone and playability for the price point.

Featuring a gloss finished neck with every surface covered in a beautiful sparkle, this neck has subtley rolled edges and a very unified feel thanks to the way the finish is applied all over. With a typically narrow Jazz Bass nut, any Fender player will feel right at home on this neck, with exceptional fret work with virtually no playwear visible with frets sitting at 100% life.

A standard set of ceramic Jazz Bass pickups drive the sound of the instrument, with wonderfully articulate and responsive tone with typical throaty bite with both pickups on, a broad and full neck and a gnarly, pokey bridge pickup.

Professionally serviced and setup with 45-100s, this Fernandes is in absolute mint condition aside from one tiny chip in the finish at the headstock (photos can be provided).
