The Redding RED34LH is a compact, left-handed ¾-scale acoustic guitar designed to be comfortable, lightweight, and easy to play. Built in China in the 2020s, this model features a spruce top paired with linden back and sides, delivering a bright, balanced tone that’s ideal for beginners, smaller players, or anyone after a highly portable acoustic. Weighing just 1.5kg, it’s effortless to handle while still retaining the familiar dreadnought-inspired silhouette in a reduced size.

The catalpa neck is shaped into a slim “D” profile and finished in gloss polyurethane, offering a smooth, fast feel that’s welcoming for developing players. Its ¾-scale length and flatter 24" radius make fretting comfortable and forgiving, while the 43mm plastic nut provides familiar spacing for easy chord work. A rockwood fingerboard with pearl dot inlays and cream binding adds a touch of visual contrast, and the 20 medium nickel-silver frets offer consistent playability across the neck. Fret life is solid here at virtually 100%.

As a purely acoustic instrument, the RED34LH is free of electronics, allowing the natural voice of the spruce and linden construction to shine through. The tone is clear and articulate with a focused midrange, making it well suited for practice, lessons, and casual playing without the complexity of onboard pickups or controls.

In excellent condition, this guitar shows minimal signs of use and presents very clean overall. The gloss polyurethane finish remains bright and intact, the neck is straight, and the frets show little to no wear. Professionally setup with Dunlop 12 gauge strings, this Redding RED34LH is a solid left-handed ¾-scale acoustic that’s ready to go straight out of the box.

How much is shipping?

We offer free Australia-wide shipping for orders over $200 via standard courier services. For smaller items such as small parts and screws, we send via Australia Post regular mail service. All items below $200 incur a flat $12 shipping charge. Express services are also available at an extra cost, just select it at the checkout and we'll get your order out extra fast!

How long does shipping take?

It varies based on the destination and the products ordered. Orders for items that are in stock with our Lewisham store "135 New Canterbury Road, Lewisham 2049", are usually shipped same day, however items ordered from "Deep Tone Warehouse Supply" are special order items that are not stocked in the store. These items can take 2-4 business days to arrive to us from the supplier; from there, the item will be dispatched from our store and the nominated method of shipping will be followed:

For "Standard" shipping:
  • VIC, SA and NSW: 2-4 days
  • QLD: 3-5 days
  • NT, WA and TAS: 5-10 days +
For "Express" shipping:
  • VIC, SA and NSW: 1-2 days
  • QLD: 1-2 days
  • NT, WA and TAS: 1-3 days
