A bold tribute to one of metal’s most iconic guitarists, the Dean Dime Razorback combines unmistakable styling with serious performance credentials. Built in Korea in 2011, this Razorback delivers the aggressive aesthetics and high-output tone that helped define Dimebag Darrell’s signature sound. Featuring a lightweight basswood body, a Floyd Rose locking tremolo system and a set of powerful DMT Design humbuckers, it’s a guitar built for crushing riffs, screaming leads and stage presence in equal measure. Finished in black and accompanied by its original factory semi-hard case, this example represents one of the most sought-after Korean-made Dime models from the era.

The 2-piece maple neck features a slim C profile with a smooth satin polyester finish, offering fast and comfortable playability across the entire fretboard. A 24.75" scale length, 20" fingerboard radius and Floyd Rose 52mm locking nut provide a familiar feel for players who favour modern metal techniques and wide bends. The rosewood fingerboard is adorned with distinctive pearloid Dime Razor inlays and fitted with 22 jumbo nickel-silver frets that still offer plenty of life at approximately 90%.

Electronically, the Razorback is equipped with a dual set of DMT Design pickups consisting of neck and bridge and is controlled with a 3-way switch and a dual volume, single tone control layout. This configuration delivers everything from thick rhythm tones and articulate cleans through to the high-gain aggression the model is famous for. Combined with the Floyd Rose tremolo system, the guitar is equally at home handling dive bombs, harmonic squeals and precision lead work.

This guitar presents very well for its age with only moderate signs of general use. The frets remain in excellent condition, the electronics function as intended and the Floyd Rose operates smoothly. The guitar has been professionally serviced and setup with 10-56s and is playing beautifully with smooth, low action. Included is the original factory zemi-hard case, although the zippers are missing which makes the case slightly inadequate for transport (unless it's strapped up). Overall this is a fantastic option for collectors, players and Dimebag fans alike. Weighing approximately 4.3kg, it offers substantial feel without being overly heavy.
