Aria VCM-Junior The Ventures Model VMB-75 Bass Guitar Metallic Blue (MIK)

Licensed by The Ventures and made in Korea, the ARIA VMB-75 was the bass equivalent of the classic The Ventures model made by Mosrite. Also the word "Junior" is in the title, this bass is in fact a full 34" scale length with a small and comfortably contoured body with a deep German carve. Super quirky and with a great aesthetic, it's finished in bright metallic blue with contrasting cream binding all over to make it really pop.

The 34" maple neck is beautifully carved with a nice and consistent D profile with a super narrow 39mm nut width for ease of play. Sporting 20 medium sized frets on a nicely grained rosewood fingerboard, the frets have minimal wear with approximately 95% fret life intact. Smooth and playable with a low action, this is a very inviting and comfortable neck that will leave you not wanting to put this one down.

Featuring 2 Jazz Bass style single coils with ceramic magnets, they measure a moderate 6.1kOhms each which offers a nice balanced frequency response. Possessing some nice J style tones, the spacing and angular mounting means these pickups have a unique tonal quality to them that sets them apart nicely from your usual Fender Jazz.

Professionally setup with 45-100s, this VMB-75 is playing smoothly with a nice low action and accurate intonation. Only a few light dings here and there, but otherwise the bass is in excellent shape. A super unique piece for anyone looking to stand out, this bass has you covered for styling and exceptional playability. Comes with a gig bag.

How much is shipping?

We offer free Australia-wide shipping for orders over $200 via standard courier services. For smaller items such as small parts and screws, we send via Australia Post regular mail service. All items below $200 incur a flat $8.99 shipping charge. Express services are also available at an extra cost, just select it at the checkout and we'll get your order out extra fast!

How long does shipping take?

It varies based on the destination and the products ordered. Orders for items that are in stock with our Lewisham store "135 New Canterbury Road, Lewisham 2049", are usually shipped same day, however items ordered from "Deep Tone Warehouse Supply" are special order items that are not stocked in the store. These items can take 2-4 business days to arrive to us from the supplier; from there, the item will be dispatched from our store and the nominated method of shipping will be followed:

For "Standard" shipping:
  • VIC, SA and NSW: 2-4 days
  • QLD: 3-5 days
  • NT, WA and TAS: 5-10 days +
For "Express" shipping:
  • VIC, SA and NSW: 1-2 days
  • QLD: 1-2 days
  • NT, WA and TAS: 1-3 days
