Aston Apex Void is the sleek black version of the new Apex active/dynamic handheld microphone. Apex rises above the current crop of dynamic clones, by offering the power and flexibility our live performer and engineer community have been asking for.

Firstly, there’s a choice of two voices, derived from the TEC Award-winning Aston Stealth. These are discrete signal paths, with no EQ presets or modelling in sight. You get a choice of two world-class vocal voicings without having to swap mics out. Secondly Apex operates in passive or active modes; a built-in Class A preamp engages automatically when 48v phantom power is present, providing 20dB of super-clean boost to ensure live vocals cut through the mix live, just as they do on the studio recordings. How much is shipping?

We offer free Australia-wide shipping for orders over $200 via standard courier services. For smaller items such as small parts and screws, we send via Australia Post regular mail service. All items below $200 are a flat $8.99 shipping rate. Express services are also available at an extra cost, just select it at the checkout and we'll get your order out extra fast!

How long does shipping take?

It varies based on the destination and the products ordered. Orders for items that are in stock with our Lewisham store "135 New Canterbury Road, Lewisham 2049", are usually shipped same day, however items ordered from "Deep Tone Warehouse Supply" are special order items that are not stocked in the store. These items can take 2-4 business days to arrive to us from the supplier; from there, the item will be dispatched from our store and the nominated method of shipping will be followed:

For "Standard" shipping:
  • VIC, SA and NSW: 2-4 days
  • QLD: 3-5 days
  • NT, WA and TAS: 5-10 days +
For "Express" shipping:
  • VIC, SA and NSW: 1-2 days
  • QLD: 1-2 days
  • NT, WA and TAS: 1-3 days

These estimates do not apply if the destination is regional or remote. Once orders leave our warehouse we have no control over the actual shipping time, however we'll do everything we can to ensure a prompt and problem-free delivery experience. If you need a more accurate estimate of shipping time please contact us.
