The A800 is a reference-class power amplifier built for engineers who need clean, accurate power delivery rather than coloured, aggressive amplification. Its 800W output provides ample headroom for demanding speaker loads, while a focus on low distortion and stable performance under load makes it a trustworthy choice for studio monitoring and critical listening applications. The A800 is built for situations where transparency matters as much as raw power.

Features:

  • Ultra-linear power amplifier for recording studios, post-production, live sound and hi-fi applications
  • 2 ร— 400W into 4ฮฉ, 800W into 8ฮฉ in bridged mono operation
  • Ultra-low-impedance design can drive almost any passive speaker such as studio monitors
  • Advanced convection-cooling for absolutely noise-free and stable operation
  • Precise level meter and clip indicators for accurate performance monitoring
  • Input connections on balanced XLR, 1/4" TRS and RCA connectors
  • Speaker outputs on professional twist-lock and binding post connectors
  • Independent DC, LF and thermal overload protection on each channel automatically protects the amplifier and speakers
  • Ultra-efficient switch-mode power supply for noise-free audio, superior transient response and low power consumption
