The BH40 are circumaural high-fidelity headphones built with a full over-ear design for comfortable extended listening and monitoring sessions. Their larger ear cups provide better passive isolation than an on-ear design, useful for both critical listening and noisier environments. The BH40 offer a comfortable, detailed listening experience for longer sessions, giving critical listening and noisier environments alike the extra passive isolation a larger ear cup provides.

Features:

  • Closed-back noise-isolating studio reference headphones
  • Suited to practising musicians and composers
  • High-grade neodymium 40mm drivers provide wide frequency response (10Hzโ€“35kHz) and deliver full bass and detailed highs
  • Closed-back design ensures a consistent listening environment
  • Premium-quality ultra-soft ear cushions for lasting comfort
  • Highly comfortable and self adjusting headband
  • Optimised performance for use with a wide range of audio devices
  • Convenient detachable cable stretches up to 2.5m (8.2ft)
  • Gold plated 3.5mm (1/8") to 6.3mm (1/4") TRS threaded adapter included

How much is shipping?

We offer free Australia-wide shipping for orders over $250 via standard courier services. For smaller items such as small parts and screws, we send via Australia Post regular mail service. All items below $250 incur a flat $12 shipping charge. Express services are also available at an extra cost, just select it at the checkout and we'll get your order out extra fast!

How long does shipping take?

It varies based on the destination and the products ordered. Orders for items that are in stock with our Lewisham store "135 New Canterbury Road, Lewisham 2049", are usually shipped same day, however items ordered from "Deep Tone Warehouse Supply" are special order items that are not stocked in the store. These items can take 2-4 business days to arrive to us from the supplier; from there, the item will be dispatched from our store and theย nominated method of shipping will be followed:

For "Standard" shipping:
  • VIC, SA and NSW: 2-4 days
  • QLD: 3-5 days
  • NT, WA and TAS: 5-10 days +
For "Express" shipping:
  • VIC, SA and NSW: 1-2 days
  • QLD: 1-2 days
  • NT, WA and TAS: 1-3 days

These estimates do not apply if the destination is regional or remote. Once orders leave our warehouse we have no control over the actual shipping time, however we'll do everything we can to ensure a prompt and problem-free delivery experience. If you need a more accurate estimate of shipping time please contact us.
