The MODEL D brings the sound of the original Minimoog synthesizer to a compact, semi-modular format. 3 analog VCOs run through a classic 24dB ladder filter, giving you the fat, growling low end and singing leads that built entire genres. 13 patch points open the signal path for deeper modular experimentation, and MIDI/USB connectivity means it drops straight into any modern studio setup. For anyone chasing that unmistakable vintage analog character, the MODEL D is as close as it gets without hunting down a decades-old original.

Features:

  • Analog synthesizer with a triple-VCO design allows for the creation of insanely fat sounds
  • Authentic reproduction of original โ€œD-Typeโ€ circuitry with matched transistors and JFETs
  • Ultra-high-precision 0.1% thin film resistors and polyphenylene sulphide capacitors
  • Pure analog signal path based on authentic VCO, VCF and VCA designs
  • 5 variable oscillator shapes with adjustable pulse widths for flexible sound shaping
  • Classic 24dB ladder filter with resonance for legendary sound performance
  • Switchable low-pass/high-pass filter mode for enhanced sound design
  • Dedicated, fully analog LFO with triangle and square waveforms
  • 16-voice Poly Chain allows multiple synthesizers to be combined for up to 16-voice polyphony
  • Semi-modular design requires no patching for immediate performance
  • Overdrive circuit adds edge and intensity to your sounds
  • Noise generator dramatically expands waveform generation
  • Complete Eurorack solutionโ€”main module can be transferred to a standard Eurorack case
  • 48 controls provide direct, real-time access to all important parameters
  • External audio input for processing additional sound sources
  • Low and high level outputs featuring highest signal integrity signal stages
  • Comprehensive MIDI implementation with MIDI channel and voice priority selection
