As Cort’s vision of the modern acoustic-electric, the SFX Series features Cort’s own slim body shape (83*83mm) with cutaway, modern V-shape neck profile for enhanced playability and speed, arched back for improved resonance, jumbo frets and Fishman electronics. SFX-CED features a solid Cedar top, solid Mahogany back and Mahogany sides, Ovangkol fingerboard, Fishman Presys II electronics.

Solid Red Cedar Top

Compared to spruce, cedar is a bit mellower and warmer. The midrange is slightly accentuated with a sweeter top-end, making cedar ideal for players who fingerpick a lot and prefer a slightly rounder and fuller sound.

Solid Top & Back

A solid top is essential on an acoustic guitar for realizing its maximum potential. Adding a solid back complements the solid top with enhanced sonic depth for lowered tunings. The solid top and back combination will also improve the guitar’s sound as it ages.

Modern "V" Shape Neck Profile

This exclusive neck shape facilitates ease of fingering and high-speed soloing, especially in the high register near the cutaway.

Fishman® Presys II

Features 2-band EQ, LED tuner and phase control along with Sonicore pickup for the signature Fishman sound.

How much is shipping?

We offer free Australia-wide shipping for orders over $200 via standard courier services. For smaller items such as small parts and screws, we send via Australia Post regular mail service. All items below $200 incur a flat $8.99 shipping charge. Express services are also available at an extra cost, just select it at the checkout and we'll get your order out extra fast!

How long does shipping take?

It varies based on the destination and the products ordered. Orders for items that are in stock with our Lewisham store "135 New Canterbury Road, Lewisham 2049", are usually shipped same day, however items ordered from "Deep Tone Warehouse Supply" are special order items that are not stocked in the store. These items can take 2-4 business days to arrive to us from the supplier; from there, the item will be dispatched from our store and the nominated method of shipping will be followed:

For "Standard" shipping:
  • VIC, SA and NSW: 2-4 days
  • QLD: 3-5 days
  • NT, WA and TAS: 5-10 days +
For "Express" shipping:
  • VIC, SA and NSW: 1-2 days
  • QLD: 1-2 days
  • NT, WA and TAS: 1-3 days

These estimates do not apply if the destination is regional or remote. Once orders leave our warehouse we have no control over the actual shipping time, however we'll do everything we can to ensure a prompt and problem-free delivery experience.
