2015 Epiphone PRO-1 Explorer Starter Bundle Miniature Guitar

Released as part of a starter bundle from Epiphone in 2014, this Explorer in Silverburst was part of a very cute range of shrunken down guitars aimed at beginners and included Les Paul and Explorer guitars offered in a range of colours. Finished in a super cool Silverburst and reminiscent of the Brendon Small Thunderhorse Explorer, the pack originally came with a gig bag, a mini amp and a strap. We've just got the standalone guitar on offer here but is still a very cool piece.

Interestingly featuring a full Gibson scale 24.75" neck, this guitar can be shredded by guitarists of all age groups as the sizing and spacing of the neck is standard Gibson specs! The profile is a slim taper 60s profile and features a rosewood fingerboard with 22 jumbo frets with virtually no wear on them at 100% fret life.

The secret weapon and beating heart of this "beginner" guitar is the Epiphone 700T humbucker, an assuming zebra packing an absolutely belting 17.7Kohm output. Yes, you read that correctly. This thing is ridiculously overpowered and produces some searing rock and metal tones. Coupled with the small, lightweight body and built in pickup ring on-board tuner, this is a stealth shredder for sure.

Professionally setup and serviced with 10-46s, the guitar is playing smoothly with a nice, low action and accurate intonation. Save for a few scratches on the back side and minor playwear, this guitar is essentially mint and unplayed. If you're after a hot-rodded beginner guitar or just an easy, accessible shred machine, this is it!
