Gator's Helix Floor Case w/ Wheels is the must-have accessory. Constructed of a laminated wood exterior with aluminium valance and reinforced ball corners, The case is designed specifically to comply with the typical drops and impacts that occur between gigs and on the road. An elevated platform cut specifically to fit the Helix board allows you to plug in and play directly out of the case without having to remove anything. The rubber wheels and spring-loaded handle make for effortless transport, along with an additional handle for carrying in briefcase mode. The case also features twist latches for easy access to your gear, along with side and bottom feet for additional stability. An interior compartment is included for storing both a power and USB cable. When it comes to guarding your gear, Gator is up to the task!

How much is shipping?

We offer free Australia-wide shipping for orders over $200 via standard courier services. For smaller items such as small parts and screws, we send via Australia Post regular mail service. All items below $200 incur a flat $12 shipping charge. Express services are also available at an extra cost, just select it at the checkout and we'll get your order out extra fast!

How long does shipping take?

It varies based on the destination and the products ordered. Orders for items that are in stock with our Lewisham store "135 New Canterbury Road, Lewisham 2049", are usually shipped same day, however items ordered from "Deep Tone Warehouse Supply" are special order items that are not stocked in the store. These items can take 2-4 business days to arrive to us from the supplier; from there, the item will be dispatched from our store and the nominated method of shipping will be followed:

For "Standard" shipping:
  • VIC, SA and NSW: 2-4 days
  • QLD: 3-5 days
  • NT, WA and TAS: 5-10 days +
For "Express" shipping:
  • VIC, SA and NSW: 1-2 days
  • QLD: 1-2 days
  • NT, WA and TAS: 1-3 days

These estimates do not apply if the destination is regional or remote. Once orders leave our warehouse we have no control over the actual shipping time, however we'll do everything we can to ensure a prompt and problem-free delivery experience.
