Made by Schecter in their Korean factory in the mid-2000s, the Deluxe-4 has been a mainstay of Schecter's bass range for many years and has proven itself as a robust and reliable workhorse for rock and metal players looking for a no-nonsense bass with massive active bass tones and excellent playability. Being a Korean made instrument, the Deluxe-4 has all the quality appointments you'd expect from an instrument at this price point with a high standard of fit and finish.

Equipped with a full scale 34" rock maple neck and a rosewood fingerboard, the profile is a slender C towards the 38mm nut which slowly moves to a D as you get up the neck and offers superb playability thanks to the satin lacquer finish. Frets are jumbo in size and have very minimal wear with approximately 90% life left.

The Deluxe-4 bass is loaded with a dual set of Diamond Series active humbucking bass pickups wired to a 2 band active EQ system, resulting in some absolutely massive tones and a high level of control and tone shaping options. Capable of being as dark and doomy or bright and biting as you desire, this is a truly versatile pickup system and will leave nothing more to be desired from your rock and metal tones.

In great condition for its age, this Deluxe-4 has been professionally setup and serviced with 45-100s and is playing smoothly with a straight neck, a low action and no dead spots or buzzing present. Overall the condition is mildly played but well looked after, with minor play wear and light scratches on the black finish. The bass is free from any structural issues, cracks or breaks. Comes with a high quality hard shell case!
