With a design inspired by classic British valve amplifiers, the original Vox Night Train NT15H is a compact, robust and beautifully constructed all-valve guitar head that packs plenty of punch, rich harmonic character and an impressive range of tones into a remarkably portable package.

Powered by a pair of EL84 output valves and three 12AX7 preamp valves, the Night Train delivers everything from sparkling, articulate cleans and classic British crunch to thick, saturated overdrive. Its single-channel design features a switchable Bright/Thick mode, with Bright offering the familiar Vox chime and responsive three-band EQ, while Thick bypasses the tone controls for a fuller, more aggressive sound with increased gain. A pentode/triode switch allows the output to be reduced from 15W to approximately 7.5W, making it equally suitable for home use, recording and smaller performances.

In great condition and showing very little evidence of use, the amplifier has a tiny dent on the lower right-hand corner of the chassis, which is purely cosmetic and doesn't affect its functionality. Comes complete with a power cable, speaker cable and original Vox carry case!

How much is shipping?

We offer free Australia-wide shipping for orders over $250 via standard courier services. For smaller items such as small parts and screws, we send via Australia Post regular mail service. All items below $250 incur a flat $12 shipping charge. Express services are also available at an extra cost, just select it at the checkout and we'll get your order out extra fast!

How long does shipping take?

It varies based on the destination and the products ordered. Orders for items that are in stock with our Lewisham store "135 New Canterbury Road, Lewisham 2049", are usually shipped same day, however items ordered from "Deep Tone Warehouse Supply" are special order items that are not stocked in the store. These items can take 2-4 business days to arrive to us from the supplier; from there, the item will be dispatched from our store and theย nominated method of shipping will be followed:

For "Standard" shipping:
  • VIC, SA and NSW: 2-4 days
  • QLD: 3-5 days
  • NT, WA and TAS: 5-10 days +
For "Express" shipping:
  • VIC, SA and NSW: 1-2 days
  • QLD: 1-2 days
  • NT, WA and TAS: 1-3 days
